Singer makes music career a family affair Sophia Maria, 23, is represented by her dad's record company

In an industry where it's not unusual to hear about bad behavior, one local singer is grounded in her family and her values.

Sophia Maria is a rising singer. At 23, she lives with her parents. It's as much for the convenience as it is economics. She can be gone for a week at a time, appearing at concerts, or she might be home for three days straight before jetting off again.
