A neighborhood bar and casino known for attracting a late-night crowd is under new management.

The Silver Miner's Casino, 1631 N. Rancho Drive, assumed its new name in May, but it was only a few months ago that the bar and restaurant installed new neon signage. The facility was previously a P.T.'s Pub, owned by the Golden Gaming company.
