SC PRIME STEAKHOUSE & BAR

At the Suncoast's SC Prime Steakhouse & Bar, the atmosphere is sophisticated without being stuffy. The menu is á la carte and includes appetizers such as pork rolatini, pork tenderloin sliced thin and filled with goat cheese and prosciutto, rolled, sautéed and topped with sweet dijon sauce. No steakhouse would be complete without highly rated meats. Filet mignon comes in 8 or 12 ounces. The oven-roasted prime rib is dry aged and served with au jus. Other steaks include New York strip steak and bone-in rib-eye. Poultry dishes include herb-rubbed brick chicken and roast duck. Seafood dishes include Alaskan salmon flown in fresh and seared Ahi tuna steak with ginger wasabi vinaigrette and Asian slaw. Crab legs come with a choice of drawn butter or cocktail sauce. Side dishes run the gamut, from four-cheese mashed potatoes to garlic pencil asparagus. SC Prime Steakhouse & Bar is open from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (closed Tuesday) and from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Breakfast is served around the clock and features pancakes, three eggs with hash browns and toast, build-your-own omelet and a breakfast sandwich with choice of bacon, sausage or ham with provolone, mozzarella, American, Swiss or cheddar.
