Everybody's Irish
St. Patrick's Day celebration starts Thursday

The city of Henderson is inviting valley residents to begin celebrating St. Patrick's Day a little early this year.

The 43rd annual Sons of Erin St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival will be held from Thursday through Sunday in downtown Henderson at the Henderson Events Plaza, 200 S. Water St.

Inside the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 10550 W. Alta Drive, various booths addressed different areas of concern during a community emergency preparedness fair on Feb. 21. Some were manned by experts from related agencies.
