City plan looks to improve mobility while maintaining good air quality

Most asphalt is black. But the city of Las Vegas is looking to make its streets greener.

The Las Vegas City Council gave the thumbs up to a plan that will accommodate alternate means of travel. It approved the Transportation and Streets and Highways Element of the Las Vegas 2020 Master Plan on April 23.
