LITERARY LAS VEGAS
Robert B. Moore was born in Manly, Iowa, and served in the U.S. Army for five years during World War II. After returning to civilian life, he continued to play trombone and married his band's lead singer, Lucille. The Moores have been together now for more than 62 years. After a career as a broadcaster and broadcast professor, Robert Moore changed gears, earned a degree in psychology and went into counseling before moving to Las Vegas to retire and write. Moore is the author of "The Mystic" and "The Damn Band."
