The burger versus Benji battle has been decided, and Benji has won ... for now, at least.

The next tug of war is set for 6 p.m. Thursday at 400 E. Stewart Ave. That's when the city of Las Vegas Planning Commission will decide if property located next to the Craig Road Pet Cemetery can be rezoned for commercial use.
